Mary E. Fallon - Cofounder

My education and career has been in Early childhood. I have worked as a preschool teacher and director for over 15 years. I have also worked for Mulberry Childcare and the Somerville School Department. I retired from a small private school two years ago. I plan and develop the curriculum for our literacy-based program.

Joanne Theriault - Cofounder

My education and career has been in Graphic Arts. I have worked as a technical illustrator for many years. I also create one -of-a -kind crafts and paint murals for children's rooms. I am currently employed as a professional nanny. I am part owner and creator of Fictional Faces. I am a self-taught face painter and have been painting faces for three years.

Teri Fallon, M.S.,E.d - Consultant

My education and career has been in the field of Special Education. Presently I am an inclusion specialist/teacher of student’s with special needs within the Cambridge Public Schools. I have joined the Fictional Faces team as a consultant in planning and marketing.

 

Barbara Ames - Artist
My career and education has been extensively in face painting, graphic arts, tech illustration and sales.  More recently, for the past 5 years, I have held a position of Assistant Manager and face painter in Orlando FL at Disney World and Universal Studios for an international face painting company called Enjoy Your Face, Inc.  Interaction with children has been very enjoyable and rewarding for me.  I have taught art at St. Thomas Aquinas Elementary School in New Hampshire and have owned my own graphic arts studio and ceramic studio for many years.
Jeanine Theriault - Artist
BA degree in medical illustration. Home based business doing medical illustration and dental imaging. I joined Fictional Faces as a face painter and art consultant.
